What's coming.

Here is what we're building for launch. Details may change as kids and parents test it with us.

A session, start to finish

  1. Pick your coach

Choose an athlete to follow. Their avatar walks your kid through setup and learns their sport, age and goals.

  2. Train together

The avatar demonstrates each move while talking through it. Warm-up, workout and cool-down are built for your kid's age and space.

  3. Ask, earn, repeat

Kids ask questions about any exercise, collect XP and streaks, and see what's next tomorrow.

In the app at launch

Live avatar coaches

3D avatars that move, speak and lip-sync in real time, in the athlete's licensed voice. Not a pre-recorded video on loop.

A shared workout library

Browse by sport, skill or athlete. Fun animated moves for home, plus real video of drills by the best athletes for the court, field, gym or backyard. Every item is tagged by age.

Coach chat

Each workout comes with questions kids actually ask and answers from their coach. Teens can also type or talk freely, within guardrails.

Compete

Leaderboards by age group. Under 13s appear by first name only. Teens can add friends and challenge them. Nobody can send private messages.

Athlete fan communities

Follow an athlete to get their exclusive videos, workout of the day and posts, and join one moderated room for reactions and hype. Filters block personal details like phone numbers and social handles.

Parent dashboard

See activity, manage consent and decide which features are on for your child.

  • Avatar outfits, backgrounds and athlete merch.
  • More sports, more athletes and more languages.
