A parent creates the account. Kids under 13 can't use AICON until a parent gives verified consent.

The avatar talks training. Ages 6 to 9 get pre-written answers only. Parents control chat for ages 10 to 12.

Nobody can message your child directly. Filters block phone numbers, emails and social handles.
